WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Copyright Royalty Judges sitting on the federal Copyright Royalty Board have received a notice of intent from SoundExchange to audit three years’ worth of account statement submitted by the nation’s satellite radio company.
It will involve their webcaster, satellite digital audio radio, new subscription and business establishment services, and is all about royalty payments made pursuant to two statutory licenses.
