'So You Think You Can Dance' wins 8pm for FOX


FOX ranked #1 last night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens.

At 8p the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE Top 20 results show posted a 2.1/8 among Adults 18-49, down four tenths (-16%) from last week’s Top 20 Chosen/Meet The Top 20 episode (2.5/8). 

This is a common week-to-week decline for the first results show — last season, the first results show declined three tenths vs. the previous week.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. Compared to the same telecast last year (6/17/10), last night’s SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE was up +2% in Total Viewers (6.3 vs. 6.2 Mil) and +44% in Teens (1.3/6 vs. 0.9/3).
At 9pm an encore GLEE drew a 1.1/3.


ABC aired back-to-back repeats of Wipeout at 8p (1.6/6) and 9p (2.0/6), followed by a repeat of Rookie Blue (0.9/3) at 10p.

CBS aired repeats of The Big Bang Theory (1.7/7), Rules of Engagement (1.3/5), CSI (1.3/4) and The Mentalist (1.4/4).

NBC ran repeats of Community (0.7/3), 30 Rock (0.7/3), The Office (1.1/4) and Parks & Recreation (1.1/3) followed by an original Love Bites (0.9/3, down -10%) at 10p.

Note that television usage levels were down -9% last night vs. last Thursday in the 8-9pm hour.
