Until now, she was the Managing Partner of media industry consultancy Twelve 24 Media. Now, she’ll be serving as VP/GM of Sinclair Broadcast Group‘s two television stations in Oklahoma City.

Now leading FOX affiliate KOKH-TV and The CW Network affiliate in the market, KOCB-TV, is Diana Wilkin.

“Diana is a seasoned media executive with expertise in sales, news and digital leadership, along with an extensive financial management background,” said Sinclair Chief Operating Officer and President of Broadcast, Rob Weisbord. “She will be a tremendous asset for the company, and we are thrilled she is joining us to lead KOKH and KOCB as VP/GM.”

Wilkin has held several executive leadership positions across the broadcast industry, including CBS Network’s President of Affiliate Relations from February 2008-January 2014 and FOX Broadcasting’s SVP of Network Distribution from 1998-2004. Throughout her career, she has also served as Vice President/General Manager in several markets, including WPEC-12 in West Palm Beach, the Sinclair-owned CBS affiliate, where she spent 11 months from April 2007 to early 2008.

Wilkin also is a Clear Channel Communications veteran, and led the iHeartMedia predecessor’s Fresno and Jacksonville TV stations before joining WPEC.

“I’m excited to be joining the outstanding team at KOKH,” Wilkin said. “It’s a terrific opportunity to grow our local news brand and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the Sinclair family.”

A longtime member of the National Association of Broadcasters, Wilkin currently serves on several public and non-profit boards, including the Broadcasters Foundation of America.
