In Saginaw, Mich., Sinclair operates the NBC affiliate serving the city, along with nearby Bay City and Midland.
But, both stations are owned by a company that has had its share of retransmission consent woes, most recently with AT&T. Now, this company, owned by Armstrong Williams, has entered into a consent decree with the Media Bureau to resolve a “good faith” negotiation complaint.
