The Board of Directors of Arbitron announced plans to appoint Sean Creamer, 48, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1/1. He will succeed Bill Kerr, 71, who has announced his intention to retire as President and CEO. Kerr will continue to serve on the Arbitron board.
Creamer joined Arbitron in September 2005 as EVP/Finance and Planning. He rose through the ranks as Chief Operating Officer, head of U.S Media Services and CFO. He’s been on the board since 8/12.
