Thirty-two years after its formation, Cordillera Communications is preparing to exit TV ownership.
In October 2018, it revealed that Quincy Media is getting longtime NBC affiliate KVOA-4 in Tucson. Cordillera’s other 15 stations are headed to The E.W. Scripps Co. in a deal valued at $521 million.
Now, Scripps is exploring a way to best pay for those properties.
