Paperwork concerning the sale of a South Carolina construction permit has been filed with the FCC.
St. Joseph’s Catholic School is the seller.
The Power Foundation is the buyer.
The school was awarded the CP for the NCE FM station in Gray Court, S.C. as the result of a settlement with Community Broadcast Services.
The price is $100,000, with $25,000 to be paid at closing. The remainder is to be paid over 36 months ($2,083.33 per month) with no interest.
