At the start of 2024, following the departure of President/COO Albert Rodriguez from the publicly traded Hispanic-focused multimedia company, the Chief Financial Officer of Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) tendered his resignation.
Now, the company founded and led by Raúl Alarcón Jr. has an interim CFO in place, as it shares with the Securities & Exchange Commission that it will be late in filing its FY 2023 fiscal report.
