SBAs Tell Congress to Keep Live Sports on Broadcast TV

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Every state broadcasters association in the U.S., including organizations representing the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, has adopted a resolution urging legislators in Congress to review the Sports Broadcasting Act.


In particular, the SBAs want leaders in the House and Senate to examine whether increasingly exclusive sports streaming distribution practices serve the public interest and preserve broad fan access to sports programming.
