The GSM for the iHeartMedia radio stations serving Atlanta has been promoted to SVP/Sales.
In the new role, Chris Jones will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the Atlanta market that is comprised of CHR/Rhythmic WWPW-FM “Power 96.1,” Country WUBL-FM “94.9 The Bull,” Adult Hits “We Play Anything” WUBL HD2 “The Lake,” Spanish Contemporary WBZY-FM “Z105.7,” Hip-Hop and R&B WRDG-FM “105.3 The Beat,” and News/Talk WGST-AM.

Jones’ lone radio experience has been with iHeart’s Atlanta station group, where he was hired in 2017. Before that, he spent five years as Premium Brands Marketing Director for Eagle Rock Distributing Company.
