Sale of 3-FM Arkansas Cluster Closes

SoldMonte Spearman’s High Plains Radio Network has closed on the acquisition of radio stations in Mountain Home, Ark.


Spearman acquired Scott Gray’s 3 FM cluster, KYMT-FM, a class A licensed to Gassville, KJMT-FM, a C-3, licensed to Calico Rock, and KCMC-FM, a C-3, licensed to Viola, all owned and operated by Malvern Entertainment Corporation and Gray Media Corporation of Alexander, Ark.

The purchase price is $820,000.

Bill Cate of Media Services Group’s Little Rock office was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
