The President/CEO and Treasurer/CFO of radio industry pure play Saga Communications were expected to appear in a fireside-style Q&A session with the Director of Research and Senior Media & Entertainment Analyst at Noble Capital Markets as part of “virtual equity” conference being held on Wednesday.

Chris Forgy and Sam Bush will be presenting at Noble Capital Markets’ Emerging Growth Virtual Equity Conference at 4pm Eastern.

The session likely gives Saga an opportunity to tout its hyperlocal audio content and advertiser opportunities, in addition to its recent growth in the increasingly vital local digital space.

Publicly traded Saga, which is on the Nasdaq as “SGA,” has suffered from a dismal 18 months of downward valuation. It ended April 2024 at $23.36, and as March 2025 started “SGA” was priced at $10.80. As of today, just before Noon Eastern, Saga shares were trading at $12.95.

Longtime investor Towerview LLC, led by Daniel Tisch, remains Saga’s largest institutional investor with some 18.03% interest. An additional 13.41% interest is held by Gate City Capital Management, with Dimensional Fund Advisors accountable for 5.57% of Saga interest.
