He’s the man behind The Video House, a Pittsburgh-based video production and editing shop he’s operated since 1982. He’s also the individual behind a licensee that is agreeing to purchase a low-power TV station in an Alabama college town.

For Ron Bruno, FCC approval awaits his proposed purchase of WEAC-CD in Jacksonville, Ala., a digital Class A facility on channel 35.

The seller is Alabama Heritage Communications, and it is agreeing to spin the LPTV property to Bruno’s Gulf Boulevard Broadcasting for $250,000.

A 10% deposit has been made to the seller, headed by Todd Davis. It is being held by Tideline Partners LLC as escrow agent.

Tideline, led by Greg Guy, served as the buyer’s broker of record in this transaction.
