The annual Alliance for Women in Media breakfast held during the NAB Show in Las Vegas won’t be sugar-coating its morning offerings when it comes to the main topic of discussion — although there may be a tasty pastry to go along with the coffee.
“Riding the Rollercoaster – Leading Through Tumultuous Times” is the theme of what could be one of the most dynamic AWM Breakfast panel discussions in recent times.
The 2026 gathering, scheduled for 8am Eastern on Monday, April 20, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will focus on the first half of this decade. “After the pandemic, many of us envisioned a return to stability,” AWM notes. “Instead, 2025 brought transformational change, and 2026 has only accelerated the pace. Like a rollercoaster, we’re all navigating major highs (a soaring stock market! more live sports!) and lows (SaaSpocalypse, media regulatory changes) already …” and the second quarter has only just begun.
The panelists are comprised of:
-
Graham Media Group President/CEO Catherine Badalamente
-
Amazon Creator Services Head of Business Affairs Jordan Chatfield
-
NewsBalancer President Lee Harris
The moderator is former Audacy Corp. Chief Information Officer Sarah Foss. The discussion will center on how they guide their companies, clients, teams, and themselves through unpredictable times.
“From shifting market dynamics to evolving business models, this year’s discussion will offer valuable perspective on navigating uncertainty with clarity and resilience,” AWM says.
Registration is open through April 14. Tickets are $135 per person.
