Todd P. Robinson is buying a DIY FM project from W. Philip Robinson to add to a cluster that will serve an unrated portion of West Virginia in the state’s southeastern corner just east of the Beckley market.
In terms of licensee names, the FM CP earmarked for White Sulphur Springs is going from United States CP LLC to Radio Greenbrier LLC.
The price will be $83,485 cash.
The facility when constructed will be a Class A on 93.3 MHz with 1.1 kW @ 775.
RG recently acquired WRLB-FM Rainelle WV from Faith Communications Network and has it playing Hot AC on its Class B1 95.3 MHz facility. It uses 13 kW @ 456’. The deal was pursuant to a contract dated 11/1/11 and was for $255.4K.
