DETROIT — Sinclair Broadcast Group has selected the individual who, starting August 3, will lead its FOX property in Flint, Mich., and oversee its joint sales agreement with the Howard Stirk-owned NBC station in the market, and The CW Network affiliate owned by Cunningham Broadcasting.
