A coaching client told public speaking coach Rosemary Ravinal last week that she feels like an imposter. How so? The C-suite-level executive felt unsure of her expertise when asked to deliver a keynote at an industry conference. “What if they know more than me about the topic?” she said. “I don’t want to feel like an imposter.”
