It involves a licensee named Radio Two, owner of Class D daytime-only KTTP-AM in Pineville, La., and its FM translator. It signed on the air but without the proper authorization, resulting it its license cancellation and call letter deletion. Not so fast, says the Commission, after examining the Media Bureau’s decision-making process.
