WASHINGTON, D.C. — Should the FCC modify or erase a rule that limits AM or FM stations from airing more than 25% of total hours in an average broadcast week of duplicative programming?


While Commissioners appear split on making any changes to its current rules, they’ve decided to let the people determine what their next move on the matter should be.
