Q1 Broadcast M&A? It’s All About Univision

U.S. broadcast station mergers and acquisitions volume reached a total of $2.64 billion in Q1, as tracked by Kagan.

The media research group within S&P Global Market Intelligence notes, however, that 94.4% of this volume is attributable to one deal.
