PPDS, the exclusive global provider of Philips digital signage and interactive displays, videowalls and dvLED, as well as professional TVs, has set its sights on showcasing its latest broadcast displays at the NAB Show, starting Sunday.

In particular, the company will demonstrate the products PPDS offers that empower TV studios and newsrooms across the globe.

PPDS will be in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, at SL3905. And, it is a certainty they’ll be sharing more about the recent installation of a 28×8 curved Philips dvLED production wall inside the new 4,000-square foot PBS Appalachia Virginia studio in Bristol, Va. PPDS worked with FX Design Group and Digital Video Group (DVG).

Built inside the Hard Rock Casino, and featuring a 46-foot glass public viewing window, PBS Appalachia Virginia is the nation’s first all-digital public TV station — and also the first television network affiliate located inside a casino.

Capable of presenting content in resolutions beyond 8K, Philips Unite LED 6000 Series, which will be showcased during NAB Show 2025, was chosen by the PBS Member station and installed in less than one week.

Described as a “milestone moment” in media innovation and “the most spectacular studio within a 500-mile radius” by Julie Newman, the PBS COO and General Manager for PBS Appalachia Virginia, an official ribbon cutting ceremony was held on March 24.
