Pandora expands ad execs team

Pandora is beefing up its local, regional and national ad sales team, scaling their ad solutions to meet with demand for more localized buys. Pandora’s slate now includes offers on the web, mobile, connected consumer electronics, in cars via smartphones and soon to be in Toyota via its Entune system.


So, Pandora has added several executives to its advertising team:  Heidi Browning, Dan Weiner, Rhonda Bitterman, Alan Simkowski and Glenn Chin. Browning joins Pandora as SVP/Sales. At Pandora, Heidi leads the team that supports the sales organization and is responsible for ad products, research, event marketing, marketing communications and artist relations. Most recently, she served as EVP, Global Digital Officer at Universal McCann.

Weiner joins as VP/Sales, based in LA. Dan, responsible for the Western region, is focused on providing clients with audio advertising campaigns on mobile and web. Dan comes to Pandora from Fox Audience Network, where he was a RVP.

Bitterman joins in a newly created role, Director of Southeast Ad Sales. She joins the Pandora New York advertising team, and held previous roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Weather Channel and The New York Times.

Simikowski has been named DOS and will be based in Pandora’s Chicago office. He has been with House of Blues Entertainment, Vibes Media and Madison Square Garden Entertainment.

Based in Portland, Chin will work to expand partnerships and develop enduring communications strategies for brands. Glenn has more than 18 years experience managing communication strategies for brands, including Electronic Arts and Nike.
