Outdoor Channel goes airborne

Outdoor Channel announced a new partnership with Media Drop for the licensing and distribution of select Outdoor Channel programs for use on commercial aircraft in North America.


“We are excited to work with Outdoor Channel, an established brand and producer of some of the most compelling broadcast programming for outdoor enthusiasts,” said Scott Ralston, founder of Media Drop.

Media Drop will incorporate 11 popular, family friendly shows from Outdoor Channel’s leading roster of hunting, fishing and traditional outdoor programming into its Marketplace, including “Adventure Guides,” “Familiar Waters,” “Monster Fish,” “Speargun Hunter,” “Savage Wild,” “Legends of Rod and Reel,” “Ultimate Match Fishing,” “Ride to Adventure: Extreme,” “Scouting for Adventure,” “World Class Sportfishing” and “Tarpon of Boca” – all of which will be made available beginning June 1st.
