Balthazard Senat of Orlando FL was hit with a Notice of Apparent Liability for operating a radio station without authorization on 3/2/10, an action that has now been upgraded to forfeiture by the FCC in the absence of a response from Senat. The FCC said he was operating on 91.3 MHz. He is now expected to fork over $10K within 30 days of 5/3/10, the standard penalty for unlicensed spectrum piracy in the FM band.
