The owner of a Class B AM serving the capital of the state of Washington and nearby cities west of Tacoma has agreed to acquire a Class A FM from a company that was forced to sell all of its assets per a Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation.
As a result, KMAS is getting more than some FM revitalization thanks to two FM translator companions, pending FCC approval of the transaction.
