LKCM Radio Licenses and Forth Worth Media Group are selling an Oklahoma FM in an unrated market.
KYBE is licensed to Frederick, in the southwest potion of the state, bordering Texas.
High Plains Radio Network is the buyer. Monte and Gentry Todd Spearman both hold 50% of the company’s assets.
The price is $175,000 cash less a deposit of $8,750 that was to be placed in escrow.
Media Services Group acted as the escrow agent.
KYBE is a Class C3 FM with an ERP of 25,000 watts @ 328’ HAAT; it operates on 95.7 MHz.
