A 27-watt low-powered FM station serving a small city one hour north of Columbus known for the presidential home of Warren G. Harding on February 23 received a Hearing Designation Order and could lose its license.
As the FCC’s Media Bureau sees it, those in charge of this Marion, Ohio, facility may have lied with respect to its board members. Now, an Initial Case Order has been released by the FCC’s Administrative Law Judge.
