A Florida-based non-profit media organization founded by Danny Ickes that focuses on positive programming, youth music mentoring, and educational broadcasting has a new Chief Executive Officer.
That prompted a July 21 transfer of control request involving the company and its FM radio station in a coastal North Carolina community which has now been negated.
