The location of this transaction is Sioux Falls SD, where two of the largest religious radio groups worked out a deal. The older of the two, American Family Association, is the seller, to relative upstart Educational Media Foundation. The station is KSFS-FM., which EMF is getting for $650K. Although both groups are happy to operate outside the boundaries of the reserved band, this station is safely tucked away on the left end of the dial at 90.1 MHz.
