A non-profit association in the state of Washington submitted its license renewal applications for five low-power TV stations serving the picturesque town of Leavenworth. There’s just one problem: the licensee was late with submitting those applications by their due date.
As such, a Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (NAL) has been issued to the licensee, seeking a financial penalty for their delayed action.
