Historically speaking, Nielsen Holdings plc shares are at the lower end of a bell curve dating back to February 2011. Then, shares were in the mid-$26 range. Across summer 2016, mid-$53 closing prices were seen.
Then came a slide that brought NLSN, which trades on the NYSE, as low as the mid-$12 range as the COVID-19 pandemic arrived in the U.S.
Today, shares are trading in the low-$23 range. But, that isn’t stopping Nielsen’s Board of Directors from rewarding its shareholders.
