The two television stations owned by Nexstar Media Group serving Erie, Pa., now have a new VP and General Manager.
Overseeing WFXP-TV “FOX66” and WJET-24 in the Northwest Pennsylvania city is Spencer Lane.
He arrives at the stations after 7 1/2 years at Sinclair’s KOKH-TV and KOCB-TV in Oklahoma City and KTUL-8 in Tulsa, most recently as Station Manager. He previously served as Director of Sales for the Oklahoma City pair.
Lane joined KOKH and KOCB at the start of 2018 as Local Sales Manager. From 2005-2013, he was an AE at KFOR-TV and KAUT-TV in Oklahoma City.
“Lane has also proudly served our country as an infantry team leader in the United States Army and as a cadet trainer at West Point,” the station said in announcing his arrival.
