In August 2019, he was named President/GM of KYW-3 and “The CW Philly” sibling WPSG-57 in Philadelphia. As of July 20, he’ll now be serving as Senior VP and Regional Manager for the broadcasting division of the nation’s biggest owner of broadcast television stations.
Nexstar Media Group has appointed Brandin Stewart to the key role.
He’ll be relocating from the Delaware Valley to Irving, Tex., and reports to broadcasting division President Andrew Alford.

Stewart’s experience includes roles as VP of Sales for NBCU’s WMAQ-5 and WSNS-44 in Chicago. Before that, he held similar duties at KNSD/7-39 in San Diego, rising through the ranks in two separate stints at the station. It is where he began his broadcasting career, following a role as Internet Project Manager for Bank One in Milwaukee.
Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Kentucky.
