New investor for Equity Media Holdings

Equity Media Holdings has not yet announced the outcome of its April 18th deadline to come to terms with its lenders. However, Prentice Capital Management has made a filing with the SEC that it has acquired 5,451,200 shares of Equity Media. That makes Prentice the owner of 12.41% of the company’s outstanding stock.
