NBC's 'Love Bites 'did not connect, last-place Thursday

At 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of “Community” (0.9/3 in 18-49, 2.6 million viewers overall) was up week to week by 13 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 0.9 vs. a 0.8).
At 8:30 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast of “30 Rock” (0.9/3 in 18-49, 2.3 million viewers overall) grew week to week by 13 percent in 18-49 rating (0.9 vs. 0.8).
   
From 9-9:31 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of “The Office” (1.3/4 in 18-49, 2.9 million viewers overall) grew versus the prior week by 18 percent in 18-49 rating (1.3 vs. 1.1) and 5 percent in total viewers (2.888 million vs. 2.762 million).
 
From 9:31-10 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast “Parks and Recreation” (1.1/3 in 18-49, 2.5 million viewers overall) is up versus the prior week by 10 percent in 18-49 rating (1.1 vs. 1.0) and 12 percent in total viewers (2.517 million vs. 2.241 million).


At 10 p.m. ET, the premiere of “Love Bites” averaged a 1.0/3 in 18-49 and 2.5 million viewers overall.  From its first half-hour to its second, “Love Bites” increased its viewer totals in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and total viewers.

Versus NBC’s results in the slot one week earlier with comedy encores, “Love Bites” was up 11 percent in 18-49 rating (1.0 vs. 0.9) and 20 percent in total viewers (2.530 million vs. 2.107 million), despite special competition last night from ABC’s telecast of the NBA Playoffs.
