NBC 'Minute to Win' 4th-place; 'Law Order: SV' winner

At 10 p.m. ET, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (2.4/6 in adults 18-49, 8.3 million viewers overall) ranked #1 for the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and other key demographics. 


“SVU” built on its encore results in the prior hour by 140 percent in 18-49 rating and 132 percent or 4.7 million persons in total viewers. 

From its first half-hour to its second, “SVU” grew by 4 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.5 from a 2.4) and 9 percent in total viewers (8.7 million vs. 7.9 million), while competing dramas on ABC and CBS were down half-hour to half-hour in both categories. 

From 9-10 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” averaged a 1.0/3 in adults 18-49 and 3.6 million viewers overall.  From its first half-hour to its second, the 9 p.m. “SVU” encore grew by 22 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.1 from a 0.9) and 16 percent in total viewers (3.8 million vs. 3.3 million),   

From 8-9 p.m. ET, “Minute To Win It” averaged a 1.1/3 in adults 18-49 and 4.2 million viewers overall.  In a highly competitive hour opposite Fox’s “American Idol,” CBS’s “Survivor,” ABC’s encore of “The Middle” and CW’s “America’s Next Top Model,” last night’s “Minute” attracted its biggest overall audience in this time period in seven weeks (since February 9), pending updates.  “Minute” is currently topping last week’s result by 1 percent (4.215 million vs. 4.167 million).
