In the Media Monitors Radio Spot Ten last week, GEICO maintained its #1 status with 39,219 spots. The Home Depot returned from #8 to #2 with 32,322 spots, while McDonald’s held steady at #3 airing 26,575 ads. Verizon Wireless was #4 running 26,144 spots and Rite Aid landed at #5 with 25,943 spots. Walgreens was #6 with 25,227 spots, while Nabisco appeared in the Spot Ten at #7, up from #24, with 21,695 spots. AutoZone slid to #8 with 21,346 spots and Sprint remained at #9 with 19,199 spots. Coming in at #10 was iHeartRadio with 18,464 announcements.
Nabisco can afford more advertising since they fired their staff in Chicago and moved their jobs to Mexico.
