NAB Urges FCC to Delay TWC Merger Decision

Charter-TWCNAB had asked the FCC to delay a decision on the Charter, TWC and Bright House merger until the commission completes the 2010 and 2014 broadcast ownership rules quadrennial reviews, and modifies or eliminates rules no longer necessary because of competition.


Charter, TWC and Bright House objected, noting the public would benefit from reduced fees paid by New Charter for programming.
