WASHINGTON, D.C. — The 10 winners of the 39th annual NAB Crystal Radio Awards have been announced at the 2026 NAB State Leadership Conference, being held at the Salamander in Southwest Washington.
The honorees include a heritage Class B Rocker one can tune to here, even thought it is licensed to Baltimore.
The 10 winners were chosen by a panel of judges representing the broadcast industry, community service organizations and public relations firms.
The 2026 NAB Crystal Radio Award winners are:

KGLK-FM “The Eagle 106.9/107.5” in Houston, owned by Cox Media Group

KNDE-FM in Bryan-College Station, Tex., owned by Bryan Broadcasting

KXKT-FM “KAT 103.7” in Omaha-Council Bluffs, an iHeartMedia station

WCCO-AM in Minneapolis-St. Paul, a heritage News/Talk station under Audacy ownership
-
WEEI-FM in Boston, a Sports Talker owned by Audacy

WHJX-FM “Hot 106” in Jacksonville and Talk WOKV-FM in Jacksonville, each owned by CMG
-
WIYY-FM “98 Rock” in Baltimore, a Hearst Communications Active Rocker

WSB-AM & WSBB-FM in Atlanta, a heritage News/Talker owned by CMG
Cox Media Group was honored for four radio stations, while Audacy earned awards for two stations.
The 2026 NAB State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., which began with an opening reception on Monday afternoon concurrent to iHeartMedia’s Q4 2025 earnings call, has attracted upward of 500 broadcasters from across the country. The annual gathering serves as a platform for these NAB members to directly advocate for local stations’ policy priorities.
The NAB Crystal Radio Awards date to 1987 and recognize radio stations for their exceptional year-round commitment to community service. Recipients were chosen from 50 previously announced finalists.
