What did the NAB’s COO say to a group of U.S. Senators regarding the scope of music rights within the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)?


Curtis LeGeyt had a lot to discuss, and much of his conversation centered on the role broadcast radio plays in the U.S. — and why it is “the product of policy choices and a resulting legal framework that enable broadcast radio to remain completely free and dedicated to communities.”

These policy choices includes the DMCA, the subject of a Senate IP Subcommittee briefing held Wednesday on Capitol Hill.
