WASHINGTON, D.C. — Pursuant to section 76.77 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR § 76.77, a multichannel video program distributor (MVPD) employment unit with six or more full-time employees must file an FCC Form 396-C “Multichannel Video Programming Distributor EEO Program Annual Report” by September 30 of each year.
