WASHINGTON, D.C. — He’s a veteran of regulatory policy, and he’s now joined small and independently-owned MVPD provider advocacy organization ACA Connects as its Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Bill Tortoriello has filled the role, and reports to ACA Connects President/CEO Grant Spellmeyer.
Tortoriello was previously Director of Regulatory Policy at UScellular. In that position, he worked on complex regulatory and policy matters dealing with Infrastructure, Public Safety, and Consumer items. He’s also worked at AT&T Wireless and at TDS.
Tortoriello begins his new role on Monday.
