Jacobs Agrees To Grab Moses Lake Combo

A Class A FM and its Class B AM sibling serve a tourist destination known for its water sports, due east of the Columbia River and not far from Wenatchee, Washington.


Soon, they’ll be in the hands of a new owner.

Jacobs Radio Programming LLC is agreeing to purchase KBSN-AM & KDRM-FM “Mix 99.3” in Moses Lake, Wash., from KSEM Inc.

An LMA will go into effect on January 1, allowing Jacobs to take control of the stations ahead of closing.

Jacobs is paying $50,000 for the stations and has paid 50% of the total upfront.

Serving as Jacobs’ broker of record is MCH Enterprises.

Jacobs Radio is headquartered in Kennewick, Wash., and is led by Jeff Jacobs (pictured, top left)His operation is mainly known for “URock,” which serves the Kennewick-Pasco-Richland market. KDRM is Hot Adult Contemporary while KBSN is News/Talk; also serving Moses Lake are four Spanish-language stations and a Country station licensed to Alpha Media.
