The licensee of low-power broadcast television stations led by CEO Randy Weiss has signed off on a deal that will see a transfer of control of a LPTV property serving Little Rock to an entity co-owned by Larry Morton and Greg Fess.
The transaction, which awaits FCC regulatory approval, will see K15MO-D in Little Rock shift from Edge Spectrum ownership to the 50/50 partnership of Morton and Fess known as Kaleidoscope Foundation Inc.
With John C. Trent, Esq., serving as the buyer’s legal counsel, Kaleidoscope is paying $250,000 for the TV property.
