JEFFERSON CITY, MO. — The Missouri Press Association and the Missouri Broadcasters Association have filed a petition in Cole County Circuit Court against the Missouri State Highway Patrol, saying the agency is illegally blacking out basic information in crash reports that Missourians have been able to see for decades.
The two associations are joined by Gray Media, Warden Publishing Company, and Show-Me Press Association President Roxie Murphy.
