The Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council (MMTC) has issued a statement in which the Washington, D.C. advocacy group “strongly believes” that the recent attempts to mischaracterize and eliminate the Digital Equity Act (DEA) “misses the point of the legislation.”
