The Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2019 is currently open for public comment at the FCC.
It’s “MB Docket No. 105,” for official purposes, and the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council and National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters joined forces in offering on Thursday an assessment of the troubles their members seek with respect to access to capital, and how “additional financial obligations, such as regulatory fees, may render it more difficult for incubated entities to thrive” under the broadcast incubator program.
