The Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council applauded the FCC’s recent action on AM, noting that the commission unanimously adopted several engineering proposals in MMTC’s 2009 “Radio Rescue Petition.”
That petition, and what the agency adopted, included relaxations of restrictions on transmitter locations for daytime and night-time service.
