A few years ago, it was a regional accident attorney specialist with a bevy of radio commercials heard across several Florida markets. Today, it is a national brand with spots galore across broadcast radio and television. In fact, Morgan & Morgan was tops — again — in the latest Media Monitors Spot Ten TV report.
For the week ending March 22, Morgan & Morgan’s ad play count totaled 48,515. That made M&M only one of two brands to top the 40,000 spot play level, as pharma brand Tremfya was No. 2 with 45,526 spot plays.
Otherwise, stability is the name of the game at Spot TV, with less movement signaling a commitment from CMOs to a campaign using a big reach medium.

How does the Spot Ten Cable report compare?
Here, Chipotle is the biggest brand when one discounts the March Madness-themed advertising seen across cable TV channels airing the NCAA Men’s and Women’s collegiate hoops coverage.
