Paradis Broadcasting of Alexandria, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Seller”) and Leighton Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Leighton Broadcasting, a Minnesota corporation (“Buyer”) have agreed on the sale of radio stations and FM translators KXRA-AM, KXRA-FM, KXRZ-FM, K262AT (all licensed to Alexandria, MN) and K289CL (licensed to Glenwood, MN).
The sale price was $3,400,000.
The Seller was represented by Stephen T. Lovelady of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC, 1300 North 17th Street, Suite 1100, Arlington, VA. The Buyer was represented by John Wells King of Law Office of John Wells Kng, PLLC, 4051 Shoal Creek Lane East, Jacksonville, FL.
